Seeking a Clubhouse Manager experienced in people leadership, general business operations, budget/inventory management and strong relationship building. The candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategies for continued improvement of the Club and will report monthly on operations.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication, strong leadership, initiative, an eye for detail, and will be passionate about leading a team that focuses on creating a great member and guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Direct the overall operations, services, and personnel of the Clubhouse to ensure standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and operational effectiveness
  • Oversee and optimize financial and operational performance of golf services, memberships, and food and beverage operations
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise all bar and kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory of merchandise for the bar & kitchen, including purchasing and receiving
  • Create and manage golf & rental schedules
  • Must have computer and basic accounting skills

SALARY

  • Commensurate with experience (paid over a 12-month period)

WORK SCHEDULE

  • March – October (50+ hours per week)
  • November – February (Limited hours)
