InspireHer (Trash to Treasure Night Out) – Driftless Area Education and Visitor Center
Ladies, it’s time to gather again — and this month, we’re going green! Join us for an Earth Day-themed evening of fun, learning, and creativity with your fellow InspireHer sisters.
Kicking off the night, we welcome Naturalist Erin Cubbon, who will be sharing tips on: How to read recycling labels
Best practices for recycling at home and work
How small changes can make a big impact!
Then we’ll get our hands dirty (in the best way!) with local artists Kris Cromwell and Velga Easker, as they guide us in a “Trash to Treasure” craft session. You’ll be amazed at what beauty can come from things we usually toss!
What to bring:
Your clean trash! Think plastic bottles, tin cans, envelopes, newspapers, magazines, and other recyclable materials you’d like to turn into art!
Tag your friends, spread the word, and let’s get crafty for a cause. We can’t wait to see you there!
