Autumn Serenity: Integrative Mental Health & Sound Healing
Led by Pastor Laura Gentry and Integrative Psychiatrist Dr. Erica Burger, we will explore integrative health practices designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit as we transition into the cooler months.
Holistic Mental Health (30 minutes):
As the days grow shorter, maintaining mental and emotional well-being becomes increasingly important. In this session, Dr. Burger will share strategies for supporting your mental health including focusing on circadian rhythms as well as self-inquiry and self-love practices. Bring your questions about holistic mental health too.

Join us in the soothing vibrations of a singing bowl meditation, a powerful practice that uses sound to promote deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace. We will have blankets, pillows, and twin-size air mattresses for each participant.
