The ACED Board recognizes the number of retirements in businesses and organizations, this is a strategy to help build emerging leaders. Additionally, the ACED Board earmarked $2000 in the economic development budget for 4-$500 scholarships to help encourage participation in the Allamakee LEAD Certificate.
