Mosaic works with communities, pastors and other leaders to help people with disabilities find a welcoming home in the community as well as the church. We offer support in a variety of ways.

Services: From empowering people to live as independently as possible to 24-hour support, Mosaic offers a wide range of person-centered service

Locations: Mosaic’s collaborative, community-based network reaches across 13 states and more than 700 communities. We support nearly 4,500 people with diverse needs. Locally Mosaic in Northern Iowa serves over 100 individuals within over 20 counties in northern Iowa.
