Equip parents and caregivers of children and adults with diverse abilities. Empower children and families through exceptional opportunities. Encourage the community and professionals through unique learning.
Mike Hagensick is a special education consultant and early childhood special educator (birth to 3). The vision for E3 Collective was sparked while he was a special education teacher working with children with complex needs. During this time, he worked with many great teachers, paraeducators, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Through close collaboration and a shared vision of opportunity, students were able to access unique experiences and opportunities leading to an improvement of quality of life. Mike founded an adaptive swim school and has partnered with organizations like Ninja U to develop adaptive programming to meet the unique abilities of all children and adults.
At E3 Collective, we are striving to increase access and opportunity for all children, adults, and families by equipping parents and caregivers, empowering children and families, and encouraging the learning and professional development for organizations.
