Elizabeth Hoins, Veterans Memorial Hospital, was appointed to fill the seat vacated by Michael Coyle.

Elizabeth Hoins is a lifelong resident of Allamakee County. She graduated from NICC in Calmar with her Administrative Office Associate Degree and Associate of Arts Degree. Elizabeth has been working in the health care field for over 16 years and is the Executive Assistant at Veterans Memorial Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, canning, baking, bonfires, reading, quilting, and spending time with friends and family.
