Allamakee Energy District Workshop

Allamakee Energy District hosted a workshop for municipalities, schools and non profits on Friday, February 19 at AJ Steakhouse in downtown Waukon.

Speakers were Jim Martin-Schramm and Paul Cutting.

Allamakee Banker Round Up

Bankers from Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank, Peoples Savings Bank, FreedomBank, Waukon State Bank and New Albin Savings Bank attended the partner program update hosted by Allamakee County Economic Development and Tourism on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at AJ Steakhouse in Waukon.

Tourism Insider Meeting held in Decorah

The Tourism Insider meeting was held in Decorah on February 27-28. Approximately 65 tourism professionals throughout the state of Iowa attended. Discussion topics included agritourism and wayfinding signage.
