Forestry Outreach Specialist
Northeast Iowa RC&D is accepting applications for a part-time, two-year Forestry Outreach Specialist to call and conduct one-on-one outreach to private landowners in Northeast Iowa. The qualified applicant will have a minimum of a two-year degree in forestry or arboriculture and experience working with the public. Applicants should be self starters, have good interpersonal communication skills, be able to work without supervision and feel motivated to provide forestry assistance to landowners. Scenic Byway Project Coordinator
Northeast Iowa RC&D is accepting applications for a full-time grant funded position to coordinate a regional initiative, which will help the RC&D provide assistance to Northeast Iowa’s Scenic Byway Boards and develop the capacity of the River Bluffs Scenic Byway and the Driftless Area Scenic Byway. The qualified applicant will have a four-year degree in tourism, marketing or a related field. Experience is preferred. The position requires exceptional facilitation, partnership building and communication skills as well as writing competency and presentation skills. Travel Writer/Photographer
Northeast Iowa RC&D is accepting letters of qualifications for a travel writer/photographer. Interested parties should submit a letter requesting consideration with five original work examples to Northeast Iowa RC&D Program Management Assistant, Dalin Gilles at dalin.gilles@rcdnet.net.
