Mosaic

Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Our programs address residential, recreational, social, religious, as well as personal skills and strengths needs. We listen to the needs and desires of our clients and meet regularly to ensure that our services fit their needs. We also coordinate our services with other local providers. Mosaic's facilities are clean, pleasant and feel like home.

Our local Mosaic has a long history of service and success. In 1986, we opened as Martin Luther Homes in Waukon, Iowa. Since then our agency has expanded. We are now able to serve up to 23 adults with disabilities at four homes in Waukon and Decorah. The agency is accredited by The Council on Quality & Leadership, CQL, through February 2012. This year, we are celebrating 25 Years of Service and Success in northeast Iowa.
