Community & Home Care-Veteran's Memorial Hospital

Veterans Memorial Hospital Community and Home Care offers adults the assistance they need to remain living independently, in their own homes, as long as possible. Registered nurses and trained home care aides travel the Allamakee County area offering nursing care and in-home assistance not just to adults, but to people of all ages. Community and Home Care is located on the first floor of the Hospital.
